Warning: This Action is Permanent
Once your account is deleted, all your data including journal entries, goals, tasks, and progress will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. This action cannot be revoked.
How to Request Account Deletion

Send an Email Request
Compose an email addressed to connect@jywellbeing.com

Authenticate Registered Account
Important: You must send the email from the same Google/Gmail account you registered or used to sign up for Jignyasa.

Specify Email Subject Line
Subject: Account Deletion Request

Verify Body Confirmation
In the email body, confirm that you understand this action is permanent and irreversible.
What Happens After Deletion?
- ×All personal data permanently removed from our servers
- ×Journal entries, goals, tasks, and habits deleted
- ×Account deactivated completely
- ×You can no longer log in to the JYC app
📆 Processing Time: Deletion requests are processed within 7-14 business days.
