When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on our Service.

6. Use License & Mobile Application
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Jignyasa software on your devices in accordance with these Terms.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
8. Ads & Third-Party Content
Our Service may display advertisements from third parties (via AdMob) and links to external sites that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party content.
9. Limitations of Liability
Jignyasa Platform cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. In no event shall Jignyasa Platform, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
